Age Requirement
You must be 65 years or older.
Live Independently
You must be living independently in Fort Nelson
Need Assistance
You must be unable to perform the requested tasks yourself.
Fees and Subsidies
Program fees are based on your household income. This ensures that services are accessible to everyone in our community. Depending on your income level, you may receive a subsidy of 20% – 100%

| 100% | No cost for eligible service |
| 80% | You pay 20% of the service cost |
| 60% | You pay 40% of the service cost |
| 40% | You pay 60% of the service cost |
| 20% | You pay 80% of the service cost |
